As you may know, more and more states have allocated funds for homeschooling. Below is a link to learn if your state has these funds available. You will find this to be a great marketing tool to help you establish your student base. After you are approved for the program, you gain access to your back office through the FMS Vortex system. There you will have your own Zoom link as well as training on how to set up your own YouTube channel.
Utilizing your YouTube channel, you will introduce yourself. You note the grades and subjects you will be teaching as well as your own unique style and technique for teaching. Although we still want good, quality education, we also want excitement, and uniqueness in addition to enthusiasm while presenting your subject matter to the student. Pay Structure
As with any program or job, you want to know what your pay will be. We know this is important for you. As an Independent Contractor, your pay is exceptional and essentially determined by you. You make as much as your time will allow. Each class maxes out at 500 students. Your ability to teach multiple grades and subjects helps to increase your overall income. Your pay is only hindered by your ability to draw students to your platforms.
Along with your teaching income, the FMS vortex platform provides you access to other programs that you can market. Not only will you be able to access the teaching platform and promote it to friends, and family and advertise yourself, but in the FMS Vortex, you will have access to those inside programs as well. Again, your income is in direct relationship to the number of classes and students you have. As you will be an independent contractor, your earning potential in this program is virtually limitless.
Here Is The Pay Structure For The Online Teachers Program:
-Recruiting Teachers Now
- When the Student Accesses a Class, you receive $.50 credit in your Wallet. So if they are teaching 100 students in a session, it is $50 for that Session. 500 would be $250.00. And so on. Max we allow is 500. More need to go to a different Class or Teacher. By Design.
- Students may Attend up to 5 Classes Daily Grades 1 through 8.
- Students Permitted to Attend up to 6 Classes Daily in Grades 9 thru 12
- The pay structure will be set up in the FMS vortex system. Your Zoom classroom fees will be covered upon signup. training for YouTube will be given as well as instruction on the curriculum material.
- As part of the FMS vortex platform, you can also earn more money by promoting the goods and services offered in this program as well. You have the potential to build a huge customer base or even partnerships and teams not only in the United States but throughout the world.
Requirements and Criteria For Application:
We are dedicated to providing an online education alternative that is exceptional and different from any other platform. To that end, we want to make sure that our instructors, teachers, and tutors are also exceptional. We are recruiting teachers who are loving, exciting, compassionate, enthusiastic, and of course, educated teachers in our program. No couch potatoes or others out just looking to make a paycheck.
The way this program is designed, if you are not exceptional, you will not make the money you are desire. Remember, your attraction is what will draw the students to you. We do have active marketing to draw students to our program, but it is up to them (and their parents) to select you as their teacher. Although we will have marketing to get the student base into the program, whether they select you as the teacher. Remember, you get paid per student. Not per class.
Here are the Criteria we are looking for in our online teachers:
- Need a 4-year degree in teaching
- Experience in the teaching field. College graduates and retired teachers are encouraged to apply.
- Must really love to teach and have something to offer outside the ordinary. Not looking for someone to just earn a check.
- You will need to join the FMS Vortex, through DTCA. This is the payment structure that will be used.
- You will need to create a YouTube channel and video showcasing your unique qualification, talent and introduce yourself to your potential students and their families. (Training and instruction will be provided)
- Dedication and commitment to the program
- Willingness to be above reproach and to set a higher standard in education from the traditional school systems.
